“But my doctor said vaccines were safe!”

“My doctor said all of her children got their vaccines and nothing happened to them!”

This is probably the most common refrain of anyone who has just begun to question vaccines. Doctors—the ultimate authority on vaccines, right? Who could know more about vaccines than doctors, the ones who administer them every day? I did some research into this and was shocked at what I discovered.
