Many mothers ask, “Will my doctor fire me if I skip or delay certain shots?” When they say being fired, they mean, will they be asked to leave the doctor’s practice. Some doctors WILL ask you to leave their practice if you deviate from their schedule the tiniest bit. This is horrible, isn’t it? You may have a completely valid reason to delay or skip a particular vaccine, but some doctor’s offices don’t care. You must adhere to the schedule, or else!
