Ep 204: Why I'm a Misogynistic, Racist Homophobe

I’ve been refraining from talking honestly about the way I feel for years now. I have held off—partly to see which way the 2020 Presidential elections would go, and partly due to fear. The things which I believe and wanted to say were likely to make me hated by friends and family.

I’ve been refraining from talking honestly about the way I feel for years now. I have held off—partly to see which way the 2020 Presidential elections would go, and partly due to fear. The things which I believe and wanted to say were likely to make me hated by friends and family. Over this last year, as our lives have been shrunk down to a sliver of what they once were with coronavirus-related restrictions, it’s been difficult to stomach the thought of losing the precious friends I have remaining in my life. But our dear United States of America appears to be headed in a very bad direction and with my 50th birthday approaching, I’ve decided that what better time than the present to open the closet door and out myself as a super white, misogynistic, racist homophobe, anti-Semitic and anti-vaxxing, anti-Catholic pope. Not sure if I missed something, but hopefully you get the drift.
